Not a long time in the future. 15-year-old Lera Arabova lives with her family in Vladivostok. Lera’s father has been working at the Orbital Space Station “Mira” for many years and has lost contact with his daughter long ago. He became just a voice on the phone. After a meteor shower hits the city, Lera has only one chance left to save her loved ones and the city from another disaster. Her father helps her with this: through satellite monitoring systems and the telephone, he takes every opportunity to deliver a message to his daughter, monitoring her every move from above.
